My name is Mark Walsh and I am an Advanced Mind Coaching Specialist. I often get asked the question by clients and other care workers ‘what can cause someone to feel depressed?’
Now the obvious answer maybe to say that there are many different reasons such as the death of a loved one, loss of a job, serious illness, marriage breakup to name but a few. All of these may seem like legitimate answers but there is more to it than that because these events are only triggers. Not everyone who experiences these events becomes depressed. Therefore experience of these difficult events does not automatically mean one is going to feel depressed.
In my experience as an Advanced Mind Coaching Specialist I have helped many clients who have struggled with depression for many years. Many clients had been told by counselors, psychologists and psychiatrist’s they would have to learn to cope with their condition and medication was the only option to numb the depressive feelings.
The problem with this approach is that it is only symptom relief at best and it is well documented that the effectiveness of medication wears off quickly in time. Then the person is back to where they started feeling depressed and now they also an addiction to antidepressant medication. Not good practice in my opinion.

In my experience with the multitude of clients I have helped become free of depression they all had the same underlying issues. (1) Repressed Anger (2) Resentment (3) A feeling of injustice. With some unique subconscious investigation I was able to help them quickly identify the problem and the part of their emotional mind that was holding onto these destructive feelings.
Then by using my specialist skills and experience, I was able to help them let go off these old negative feelings. Then I helped them choose more beneficial ways of thinking and feeling at this subconscious emotional level that supported a healthier, happier mindset and permanent change.
Results: Depression eliminated, antidepressants eliminated and a happy client restored with a healthier new mind-set and all the inner resources they need to cope with life’s ups and downs in a calm composed fashion. This is why I do what I do! The satisfaction of helping someone naturally transform their life for the better is an honor.
PS. Remember, always look beyond the people who say it can’t be done until you find the people who say it can be done and are doing it and find out how they can help you.
